1. Three Month Program: 4 Workouts with your Gym Coach
and 1 "Weigh In and Measure" Session with your Nutrition
Coach per Week!
2. Six Month Program: 4 Workouts with your Gym Coach
and 1 "Weigh In and Measure" Sessions with your
Nutrition Coach per Week!
3. 12 Months: (1 full year): Unlimited Workouts with
your Gym Coach and 1 Weigh In and Measure Session with your
Nutrition Coach per Week!
Fitness Only: 3 supervised 1 hour workouts per week.
One half hour of Body Toning, Tightening and Firming and one
half hour of Cardiovascular Fitness (By appointment)
Weight Loss and Nutrition Only: 3 months Weekly One
on One Support Weekly/Bi Weekly One on One Support Sessions
include: Figure Analysis, Nutrition Evaluation, Personalized
Menu Plans and Recipes, Grocery Lists, Behaviour Modification
Lessons, One-on- One Support as well as links to Group Support.
